THE “JULY 6, 2022 INSTAGRAM MINI GIVEAWAY” (“CONTEST”) IS SPONSORED AND ADMINISTERED BY XMPL MAGAZINE (“SPONSOR,” “ADMINISTRATOR”). NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. By entering this contest, Entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to this contest.
CONTEST DATES: The “July 6th, 2022 Instagram Mini Giveaway” begins at 9:25:01 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 6, 2022 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on July 8, 2022 (this is the “Contest Period”).
ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to residents of Canada (excluding province of Quebec) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older or have reached the age of majority in their respective province or territory of residence at the time of entry.
PRIZES: THREE (3) entrants will each win the following items: one (1) XMPL promotional tee (in their choice of black or white), one (1) XMPL sticker pack and one (1) XMPL logo pin.
OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES/HOW TO ENTER:
Be completing rules 1-3, you will receive one (1) entry to this contest.
- Must have an Instagram account which is following XMPL’s official Instagram page to enter.
- LIKE the giveaway post via Instagram using said account.
- COMMENT your preferred t-shirt size and colour on the giveaway post via Instagram using said account.
- For additional entries, you can tag up to (5) friends in the comments on the giveaway post via Instagram using said account. Entrants will receive an additional entry per friend tagged “i.e 5 friends tagged = 5 additional entries.”
CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
This contest/giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram/Meta and is in compliance with Instagram’s official promotion guidelines (*179379842258600).
Retail value of prizes is estimated at around $45 CAD/per prize package (“1 tee in either black or white, 1 sticker pack, 1 logo pin”), this also includes shipping fees WITHIN CANADA.
The winner(s) will be required to provide their legal first and last name, age and Canadian mailing address to claim their prize. We will NOT ask for any banking or payment details as there is NO PURCHASE NEEDED to enter or win this contest.
THREE (3) contest winners will be chosen at random. The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received. The winner(s) will be contacted by DIRECT MESSAGE “DM” via XMPL’s official Instagram page (@XMPLMAG) after the contest period. The winner(s) will have forty-eight (48) hours to respond. If no response is received within forty-eight hours – OR if no valid Canadian mailing address is provided, another winner will be chosen.
Winner(s) will be verified to ensure contest rules 1-3 were completed. A list of winners will be displayed at the bottom of this page when the contest is officially over. Administrators and sponsors reserve the right to publish winner’s first name and last initial.
NO LIABILITY: By participating, Entrants and prize winners agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, the Contest Entities, and each of their respective directors and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claims made by any Entrant, prize winner, or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of this Contest as well as (but not limited to) any other claims, damages, etc. Entrants agree that XMPL will not be liable if they are contacted by and choose provide any personal details to any spam/fake Instagram accounts or other fake social media accounts pretending to administer this contest. Do NOT provide info or follow any spam/fake accounts that are pretending to be XMPL. Entrants also acknowledge that the prizes will be delivered using CANADA POST and the package will be subject to Canada Post’s delivery schedule and terms/conditions – XMPL is not responsible for the package after it’s been sent to Canada Post.
USE OF DATA: Sponsor will be collecting personal data such as Name and Canadian Mailing Address about Entrants online, in accordance with its privacy policy. By participating in this contest, Entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s privacy policy, which can be reviewed here.
PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Limit of one (1) prize per person/household. All prizes are non-transferable or assigned and no substitutions or cash redemptions. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes.
WINNERS: The winner(s) of this contest will be announced on July 11, 2022 or until all winner(s) have been established. This depends if selected entrants respond to us in time to receive prize. Full list of winners for this contest will be published in this section on or after July 11, 2022.
