2018 was an unquestionably solid year for Canadian songstress Jocelyn Alice, who released several projects – from the spring drop of her single ‘I Know,’ to releasing her debut EP ‘Little Devil,’ to featuring on ‘Radio Silence’ from R3HAB‘s album, ‘The Wave’ – and ending the year off with her single ‘Bound To You’ earning Canadian gold record certification. More recently, her feature ‘Radio Silence’ from ‘The Wave’ exceeded all expectations as it became a fan favourite and it evolved into an electric 6-track EP released on January 11th, with fire remixes by King Arthur, Rainer + Grimm, D-wayne and more.
My favourite Jocelyn Alice release from 2018 would definitely be her feature on R3HAB’s ‘Radio Silence’ as the track truly exhibits her range as a vocalist – and hopefully will forecast more music and features to come this year from the platinum-selling artist.
