Lil Durk Goes Off With New Album ‘Love Songs 4 The Streets 2’
Chicago’s very own, Lil Durk is back again with his album ‘Love Songs 4 The Streets 2’. Bringing back a real vibe that the game has been missing, while still maintaining a nice wave to vibe with. This Project hold 16 tracks, with a collective 47 minutes of play time. Durk hosts 6 features with different sounds in King Von, 21 Savage, A Boogie Wit da Hoodie, Nicki Minaj, Meek Mill & Key Glock.
Starting off this project with a message to the streets, displaying his character lyrically and flexes his sound over a soft beat ‘RN4L’ is a great start to this project. Durk and 21 go in and send a message to their ops on the track ‘Die Slow’, Durk also reps Chi-Town hard and opens up about his life experiences. With many vibes and sounds, Durk uses the track ‘Rebellious’ to display his creative melodic voice, over a harmonic beat.
This project is very diverse and has a song for everyone, even if you want something sentimental and intimate, you have tracks like ‘Prada You’ & ‘Extravagant’ featuring Nicki that really touch up on those slower vibes. If you need tracks to flex with, Durk does a great job flexing on ‘Bora Bora’ which holds a nice piano beat and ‘Bougie’ with Meek is faster but still reminds you to get the bag. He does end the project with another message with his song ‘Love Song 4 The Streets’, replicating the name of this album. He talks about who he can’t trust, his loved one who are her and passed, talking about goals and life in general.
It’s good to see Lil Durk back and making music this project is another master piece and it’s great to see him hold Chicago down on a global stage. This 26 year old always strives for more and is set to take on the charts in a dominant fashion.
