Converse Transforms Idea Of One Star Into New ‘Run Star’

Converse released their classic One Star sneaker in the early 2000’s – now they are transforming the sneaker from a casual shoe to a runner. Taking the concept of the One Star, they are adding a mesh upper with suede and leather overlays, rubber pods on phylon outsole, a new fused toe cap with reflective detailing, a TPU molded eye row and a molded jewel star on the heel. This sneaker has two white releases one with reflective red accents while the other wears blue. The 3rd release is black with a reflective black and red accents. These sneakers pay homage to the trends of the early 2000’s by wearing the reflective colours.
