Following up his latest release “Only Thing I Need,” Windsor rapper and singer LUM returns with another new single and music video – “Take Me Higher.”

Produced by BNoise and recorded by Billboard-charting producer Martin Bak, “Take Me Higher” gives us a further look into LUM’s new era and sound – as he seamlessly fuses rap, pop, R&B and beyond while continuing to raise the bar with every new drop. “Take Me Higher” lets the doubters know that LUM is keeping his dreams big and is not slowing down for anyone.

“Whilst thinking about the times I was struggling in life and the messed-up stuff that happened to me, the words Take Me Higher have this deeper meaning,” LUM shares in a statement to XMPL on his new single. “In those times, those simple words kept me motivated and driven to want to achieve more for myself.”

Already having established a tight-knit circle of rising hip-hop collaborators, LUM is poised to be the next hip-hop artist to come out of Canada. Continuing the streak of his new era, LUM will be consistently dropping new tracks every month and has hinted to some surprise features, so be sure to keep LUM on your radar.
